Packaging was good. Really fast delivery. Nice and quiet running. Lots of food space with the four drawer storage. Couple of dents on top left side edge, but overall freezer works great. Happy with my purchase. Thanks.

Excellent capacity freezer at an incredibly good price. Delivery exceeded expectations by arriving two days early. Perfectly packaged. Silent and an unobtrusive in my chosen kitchen location. Drawers are of a sensible depth so access to frozen foods is easy. Can’t speak highly enough of it.

Arrived a day early luckily I have good neighbour who took this in for me. (I had booked the day off for delivery) Slight dent and a few scratches on top. Considered returning. however in situ can not be seen. I Have had far worse from Argos paid for delivery Have not set up yet. Free delivery as I am a Prime Member. Like the fact it has four drawers. Compact for my small cupboard. Frost free would be good, my other under counter is but is twice the price. I will update once in use.

The straps on package were that tight left marks on freezer the freezer has a thin plastic layer. That looks like it would be like a safety skin but it’s not so all marked . This is a very bad item plz don’t buy as you will be disappointed 😢

Quiet Good value Compact No rear cooling pipes, it's cooled by the side getting hot. So you can push it right back to the walk. Drawers a bit flimsy, can stick if not opened for a long time. But not broken yet. Runs well odf batteries in my boat using the inverter. Even in hot weather, when it can be over 30C inside.

Great little freezer, only thing I don’t like is the thermostat is at the back and I had to take it out of were I put it to change the temperature but in away it’s my fault as didn’t read in instructions before hand , fast and great delivery

Odered freezer as it seemed to be the ideal size and capacity to replace my previous under the counter Hotpoint freezer. Arrived quickly and well packaged but on removing packaging the freezer casing was well battered and the plastic hinge covers were cracked. Back bottom corner was badly pushed up into housing and wouldn't stand level. Called company who apologised and said replacement would be sent as well as picking up first delivery. Second freezer delivered within days but no pick up, that was for the next day!! Opened packaging, surprise!! the freezer casing was again damaged as was the door edge but not as badly as the first ( it actually stood level!) Rang supplier again and was told that they would send a new one ( I refused discount to keep the damaged one!) I actually queried that they sold damaged stock, which they denied and said they would carefully check the next freezer to be sent ! 3rd freezer in a week arrived ( damaged one picked up day before) and on opening packaging, there was a dint in the outside casing! Luckily this was mainly cosmetic but not really satisfactory as it had supposedly been checked! Due to the fact I only had limited space under the counter to house the replacement freezer and I specifically wanted 4 drawers, I was limited by size of cupboard space so relunctantly decided to keep the 3rd freezer. I wouldn't recommend this company at all. The stock sold to me was definately sub standard, though I had no problem with the staff who were extremely helpful and polite and did exactly as they said they would. The freezer itself is sturdy inside with good drawers size. The temperature control is AT THE BACK OF THE FREEZER, who designed that!!?? What a stupid idea. who wants to clamber around to the rear of a freezer to alter the temperature.??!! It is now running on 3-4 ( out of 6 settings) and seems to be fine. It iruns very Quietly - you can't tell its working and there is no power ON indicator light so not sure how to tell its not working, other than soggy food. Back of housing is also very sharp. BEWARE!! General impression - wouldn't go down this route ever again! Too much hassle and you get what you pay for - it really is true!

Excellent value needed narrower size fits perfectly. Plenty of drawers and good selection
