is anyone using these w dirty pour techniques? I would like to create cells w silicon oil & torch using only artist paints, if possible (ty for help)

can these be used on fabric?

Yes, you can use this liquid acrylic on fabric, but I would use Golden acrylic's GAC-900 with it. The paint is a highly saturated pigment, and so the colors should work well with the GAC-900. For sure, I would try the blended paint on a scrap fabric first before committing to a favored fabric.

Has anyone used these with glass dip pens?

I have not, but they would work well; right consistency. I have used them with different kinds of pens...I would make sure to clean your pen after use, however.
