so very happy with this product. i’m 5”3 with a ratio of 38-36-44 about 175lbs and ordered a large. wore this vest a couple of times and satisfied with the drench after a mile walk/run in 88-high 90’s degree weather. been having a hard time losing stubborn pouch fat, i drink a lot of water and hold much water weight so need to sweat more and wanted to target my core area and this should do just great. Vest is easy to put on and snug with just enough slight stretch, the shoulders are a bit loose but i think i’d prefer that than too tight. has 3 buckles to latch before zipping which i love that don’t bother and zipper feels sturdy and doesn’t shift even with running. very comfortable and good material even under clothes or just worn with a sports bra. Hoping it lasts me long and helps with my fitness goal

Really good product, does the job but could be better. The sizing is really weird. I usually wear small or medium and I read other reviews which said to size up. I bought a large. The zipper part is tight and is very firm fitted. The shoulder part fits big but still looks fine. It does capture sweat but I wear an extra layer to capture sweat before the vest. Good price! Compared to others I’ve seen on the market you’ll be pleased. Recommend for the price and it works.

I never write reviews on Amazon, but this item was worth writing about. So, I’m 5.5 215 lbs. On reading some of the reviews. I decided to go with an XL. It was a little fitted but sucked it in and it zipped up. Didn’t feel tight or bothered me. I do go to the gym 5 days a week. Depending on the day, I do hard work out or light. When I first received it I did the stair master and let me tell you, I was dripping in sweat after 20 min. on the machine. I love this suit and definitely will be wearing for my workouts. Great quality, and comfortable not like I thought it was going to be. I will be buying a new one if I lose the weight. Highly recommended!

Runs very small. Doesn’t fit at all. I ordered two sizes bigger than I am and it still was too small. I couldn’t comment on the comfort as it would not even fasten it

I had a waist trimmer but wanted more coverage and after sending back multiple sizes, I found one that fits- YOU HAVE TO ORDER IT A THOUSAND SIZES BIGGER THAN YOU NORMALLY WOULD- and it works like a charm! I sweat balls in this things and have lost several inches on my waist. It's comfortable, well made, and thin but makes you sweat so much that I bend over to untie my shoes after my workout and sweat pours out of it. I've recommended it to family.

I am writing to share my feedback on the Junlan Sauna Suit for Women Waist Trainer Vest 😊😊 The vest is lightweight, comfortable to wear, and easy to workout in. It also dries very quickly. While I did not notice much perspiration during the first two days of use beyond an increase in body temperature, I experienced significant sweating during my workout today on day three. Overall, I am very impressed with the product's performance.

Pretty good. First day wearing it in the gym (I’m writing this review in the gym) and my midsection is sweating a lot more than I expected. My midsection feels like a sauna right now. The only reason I’m only giving it four stars instead of five is because the material feels cheap, but this vest gets the job done. WARNING TMI!! I’m currently dripping in sweat. I feel it is true to size too. If you’re looking for shape wear, this is NOT shape wear. It’s only spandex enough to help fit to your body to create that heat circulation.
