R-5800-W II In-Wall Speaker - White (Each)

I waited to get them for years because I wasn’t sure they would blend well with my Totem Model 1 Signature speakers. I didn’t want to continue with this audiophile brand for surround speakers because the price wasn’t justified for speakers not used normally for stereo listening. When I installed them and calibrated my Marantz home cinema receiver it turned out to be a great match. I was and still am very delighted with the sound they achieve to produce and how well it blends with higher quality speakers even when playing Apple Music Dolby atmos tracks. They also look very well on the wall with minimalistic aluminum magnetic cover. Installation was a breeze since I had access from my crawl space to drill and pull cables.

My opinion one of the best speakers on the market. Crisp/clean sound and easy install. I’ve been a lover of Klipsch for years! Smooth jazz, glass of wine, and Klipsch - it’s all you really need……cheers! Let me add to this review by saying set up your 5.1/7.1 Klipsch surround-sound system. Calibrate it then go to YouTube and play Janet Jackson’s Doesn’t Really Matter video. Hear me out! Watch til mid video when she’s on the moving platform - your Klipsch speakers will come ALIVE! You will hear ranges from each speaker like never before. Crank it and try it. Listen to the end, it’s impressive. Love my Klipsch.

Great sound and quality. This is my second order of these speakers. The first ones went into the wall, the second order for 4 I placed in the ceilings to replace the rectangular speakers the previous owner installed. They come factory sealed and don't appear to be returns or seconds but sold at a considerable discount. The only thing you don't get is the factory warranty, but you save so much, was well worth the risk to me, and you can always return them, subject to Amazons return policy, should you get a dud out of the box. The only problem I had in the installation was the base of the I beam joist was right next to the cutout and these speakers need to clamp down right next to the wood on the sides of the speakers. The "dogs" need about 1" to swivel out before they screw down and there wasn't room. I needed to chisel out some wood from the joist to make room, but you can't blame the speaker for that. Just make sure. if you can, to make your cutout at least 1" from any joists or studs.

I got these at a discount on Amazon and these speakers are fantastic. Build quality is superb and the snap on screens look clean and high end. But more importantly, the sound quality is amazing. They feel like much bigger than they are. I use these in my bedroom. You essentially can use these to enjoy premium sound directly from the walls. No speaker stands and bulky bookshelf speakers. I highly recommend these speakers.

I have a massive Klipsch and DT speaker configurations through out my home. I have some older in ceiling speakers in my kitchen and living room. I bought the latest versions for my living room, but this are awesome sounding (I have listened to them before I purchased) and I had no reason to pay double for the newer ones for my kitchen sound. Great seller and great price.4

Completely different than my Klipschs in adjacent room (6" bookshelf, center & surrounds). Not bad, just different. Do not handle the mid-highs as well as others, but decent.

These speakers are huge! I purchased these to replace a pair of R-40 bookshelf surrounds. The sound quality is great, which was expected with the 5800 line. The horn/tweeter can pivot sideways but only by a small amount. Nonetheless, setup was straightforward, once the wire was fished behind the wall and the drywall cutout to the provided template dimensions. Shipping was a bit slower than the usual prime timeframes. I’d definitely recommend these speakers to anyone looking for in wall speakers.
