Noticed improvement in my hair and nails. Wish you had them without iron. Can't handle the iron side effects

Great buy
I have an allergy to corn and quite a few OTC supplements have corn in them. For a while I couldn't find a multivitamin that was corn free until I cam across this one. It is nearly a year's supply which makes it a great buy at one a day. Plus, the added bonus of being a multimineral supplement.

The pills are large, but not hard to swallow
This is a good vitamin-mineral for me - I'm in my late 60s and have always tried to take a good mult-vitamin/mineral supplement to ensure my body has the necessary elements for cell building blocks even when I don't eat as well as I should. The one-a-day pill is a bit large, but I've not had any trouble swallowing it. Good value for my health.

Can you tolerate zinc?
I have taken this for several days now. Unfortunately I get an upset stomach from zinc.

I have tried many different vitamins for women but this is the first one that did not upset my stomach. No side effect for me, the vitamin is not a larger then others on the market. This is a keeper for me.
