Very Effective Noticed a very quick improvement in skin after only a week Now side effects for me. Just an easy to swallow small capsules on taste Good value good price! I am editing this review b/c alter more time I have noticed a marked improvement in my nails than. Skin was the quickest to improve but after increased time I am pleased to say my nails are stronger and thicker!!

I am only half way through this bottle so my review will not be complete. I see improvement in my nails. They are harder and have grown nicely. I believe the Biotin is working and I will be giving it time to work it's magic. If improvement continues, I'll be ordering another bottle.

I am blown away with what this biotin has done for me-my nails have soared and my ingrowing eyelashes are finally growing again! The only downside is I took my thyroid panel the other day and I just learned that biotin messes up the thyroid panel results as mine were NOT where they should be-so I have to stop the biotin for a week and retest! So you could really be taking the wrong amount s of Sunthroid if you don't really this. I am lucky I thought of it to look it up, since my doctor DID NOT. So it will not change your thyroid, it just changes the test results. So I will continue to take it, but, I will always stop before testing-
