Excellent product and the price was the best I could find. Been taking this product for 3 months my hair is thicker, bald spot has actually filled in. I was amazed. I can’t say it will do anything for you I can just tell you after trying multiple other products that did nothing this one really worked!!

Using them because of a diet change
I bought these because I have a swallowing disorder and can only eat pureed food. Because of that I need more vitamins and minerals. I am losing my hair and my nails aren't as strong. I was told to use this. Hopefully, this will help. Thankfully, the pills are small and easy to swallow. Their is no smell and I don't feel any side effects. I also don't finad any kind of taste in them.
