I am 5' 1" and was 168 lbs as of April 16, 2021. I saw these tabs and after seeing so many great reviews, I decided to give them a try. I started taking the tabs (3 per day for maximum results) and also changes my eating habits to healthier options. I was not able to incorporate work outs due to my busy schedule and being a single mom, but despite no working out, I lost 3 lbs in 3 days. When I weighed myself on Monday, April 19, 2021, I was down to 164.4 (wow, amazing). My stomach is also getting flatter by the day. I will continue using the tabs and will write another review after I complete 30 days. Also, I have not had to have coffee, nor crave it, since I started taking the tabs. I believe the tabs and the combination below provide me sufficient energy to start and finish my day. Along with the tabs, I also started drinking 1 cup of beef bone broth per day, 1 cup of green tea per day, and bout 60 ounces of water per day.

IF this works for some its because you have to drink 20 oz of water. It tastes disgusting and made me physically sick. WAY overpriced for what you get. If anyone has any health issues i would be very wary of trying this BS. The fact that there is no money back guarantee says a lot as well.

I’ll preface this by saying I’m not sure about the weight loss aspect. I think these need to be used in conjunction with other methods of weight loss, but maybe they help. That said, I love them! They’re convenient, don’t hurt my stomach like coffee does, they keep me regular and I’m getting a package deal of super foods every morning. I also love the way they taste. I combine each tab with exactly 20 oz of water and it’s perfect, any less and it doesn’t taste right. I’ve been using these for almost 2 years, I would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking to ditch coffee for something healthier.

These do suppress appetite and make me feel good... I am able to eat less as my body experiences a strong nutrient support

I got these really excited about the benefits but it’s hard to drink…it’s honestly like drinking a packet of emergen-c daily, you know you drink it cause it’s good for you. It’s too early to tell if it’s doing anything cause I’m having a hard time wanting to drink it. The taste just isn’t there.

The Product works great for me. Less Bloating. Keeps things moving. But Amazon said it was coming over night, IT DID NOT. VERY DISAPPOINTED. WAS very excited ABOUT OVER NIGHT DELIVERY!!😥

Smells good. Tastes good. Perhaps I’m sensitive to the amount of caffeine in them, but they made me feel very anxious and over-emotional. It would wear off towards the end of the day fortunately. I also wasn’t sleeping well when I was taking these. Did nothing for bloating. I’m at least pleased they allow for a full refund.
