Best nasal spray ever invented. Literally vicks in a liquid form. Just twist bottle cap, put in nostril and spray. There's no drip, there's no taste, just spray and breathe. Instant relief. There's no mess there's no hassle. Excellent value. I very much recommend this product. One spray in each nostril, and you're good to go for all day relief. It will relieve sinus pressure, sinus inflammation Even allergies. One bottle will go a long way since you only have to use it once a day. If necessary twice, but not really one puff and each nostril a day will be good enough. Highly recommended, you will not be disappointed. It has no drip, so you will never taste it. It has safe ingredients so.

This product was exactly what I needed. When I’m congested one spray immediately moisturizes and clears my sinus’s. I have used plain saline in the past but it didn’t help with congestion. If you struggle with sinus congestion try Vicks Sinus nasal spray. You will not be disappointed.

Holy Opened Sinuses, Batman ! This stuff means business. Think of it like Draino for your nose...lol If you understandably don't care for that imagery, just think of it as a top notch product that works and will provide you with the much needed relief you're longing for... There's no shortage of generic knock offs out there, and their cheaper price tag makes them a tempting option. But, I'm telling you that this brand name works twice as well with only half the number of sprays. Plus it's in a glass bottle, and while I don't know if that makes any difference, it might keep the product fresh for a longer period of time. You're sick. You feel lousy. Do yourself a favor and spend the extra money for something that works. It's good for the economy...lol May your free breathing be restored.

Works great but whatch out because this stuff is very addictive!!! I've been using it for 4 years now but I can breath through my nose with ease... Without the spray though I can't breathe through my nose so watch out over using it 😂

Worked temporarily

This Vicks Sinex Severe spray works so well for me. The moment I use it, my nose opens up and I can finally breathe again. The VapoCOOL feeling is strong but refreshing, and it clears my nasal passages almost instantly. When I’m sick or super congested, this is the only thing that keeps my nose open all day. I also feel like it helps me recover faster because I’m actually able to breathe and sleep better. It cleans out my nostrils and gives real relief, not just a little. Highly recommend if you need something powerful that actually works.

These really worked when I had a bad sinus infection. Just read the entire label. You can't overuse these.
