Is this synthetic oil or is this conventional oil?

I don't know what oil is, only one thing I know I bay this and the seller sent me difret oil bottle looks really defrent and cheap on this condition I can use for my car.I try to return and the seller play game with me, is not serious. If you ask me form 0 - 100 points I can tel is 0 I never recomendet.
