These actually fit my hands and make lifting a lot easier. I love the pads. They’re very convenient and the gloves seem very well-made.

Comfortable & effective for weight lifting
These help my grip strength when doing a workout, and help keep my fingers from getting too sore when using weight equipment. I tried several different styles, and these are most comfortable for my fairly small hands. I leave them at the small gym where I go, so others can use them, and after a year, the velcro at the wrist wasn't gripping. So I bought a replacement pair.

Used for rowing - blister galore right from the 1st minute
It is a 1 star for rowing. The pads are in the wrong place, and pushes the skin into the grip, causing blisters in the middle of the fingers. The heavy padding in the palm will benefit users who grip in the palm section. I'd say this is a 4 star for that.
