You cannot go wrong with this wonderful knife!!
I cannot say enough wonderful things about CUTCO products. Yes, they are expensive, but they are the sharpest knives I have ever had and I've tried a few!!! AND the other great part is, they are guaranteed for life!!! I have sent mine back for sharpening a few times and there is no charge. I sent back my kitchen shears for sharpening and they sent me new ones cuz mine were so old!! Who does that?! I've had mine for years, 30 some, I bought this one because somehow, someone in my household accidentally threw it away and I just don't function without it!! It's one of my favorites I use every day!

Cutting knife stays sharp
