Does this fit the Walmart itech smartwatch?

As I have another brand of watch I can't answer directly, I note that it says that the watch is a "20mm" watch, and as Amazon has honored a Money Back Return policy, I'd try to see if it works. Good Day...

Not much. there is a small bit of stretch, but I would not call it a "stretch band". It's enough to allow the fit to be comfortably snug without being tight.

No it has Velcro pieces that attach it to the nylon band
