Can you wear these when you are doing a frog or side kick?

For any stroke or kick style, you will have to maintain a clearance between your ankles, so the fins do not contact one another. With the All-Purpose Size this clearance is about 5.5" and with the Low Resistance Green it would be 4.5". The fin orientation on the ankle can also be adjusted to provide more clearance or to direct the majority of the resistance.

The Aqualogix Hybrid Fins are available in 3 resistance level. The Low Resistance (4" fins) available in Green. The Medium Resistance (5" fins) available in either Smoke or Pink. Finally the Maximum Resistance (6" fins) available in Blue. Most individuals benefit from the All-Purpose nature of the Medium Resistance level. Those either training at a very fast tempo or only wanting minimal resistance, would go with Green. Those that either moving at a slow to medium tempo or powerful users that can push through higher resistance at speed would like the Blue.
