It is great TV. easy to install and use it prefect picture.

Sony does not stand by their product . The Bravia X1 only lasted 5 months. I had dead pixel in the middle of the screen and the blue tooth doesn’t work . They sent me another tv , the moment i set up dead pixels displayed on the screen and blue tooth doesn’t work . Contacted customer service asked for upgraded model since previous one has existing issues. They told me in would have to. Pay $299.00 for upgrade . I told them that they should absorb the cost since they are sending me a defective model. I notified them that I’m leaving a bad review about their crappy tv . The leadership team replied that they were not concerned .Don not purchase this tv unless you want headache down the road

Picture quality was better than I thought it would be and hook up and set up was easy only took about thirty minutes.

I bought an Echo 8, ring 3 and covered by side door window with a pretty vinyl covering, thinking I would simply use the TV or Echo 8 to check my Ring Alarm. To much hype in their "description" ads. The picture quality seems a bit harsh on the faces of people. In the back of my mind I'm thinking we should have gone with a Samsung...

I absolutely love the fact that I can talk to the TV, literally! My last Sony Bravia was 10 yrs ago... still going strong so I came back to Sony when I had to buy this one for the bedroom.
