Can this product be installed laying down?

No, it has to be installed in its upright position, otherwise it will not ignite

How do you get this piece of crap to actually heat water and also stay on? Runs 1-2 min then shuts off. Only gets water luke warm, Help!

There is nothing within the unit that shuts it off after 1-2 minutes, check water supply, also check gas pressure, or contact Customer Service for a more personalized troubleshoot

What is the Recommended water flow pressure?

Amazon says 15 to 150 lbs a square in. We have it on 2 lbs of pressure and it works great. We are living in a travel trailer.
