recently purchased these and they have many uses you can remove potstickers from the water or you can skim off the foam from making soups. I highly recommend them.

I bought this item for my gradson, perfect addition to his kitchen. These strainers look very nice and appear to be very well made. Time will tell.

These have a very nice, fine mesh and though the handles appear to be somewhat delicate they are surprisingly strong. They do the job just fine but… I do not care for the angle of the handles to the screen and will attempt to straighten them slightly and the handles are much shorter than I’d like. They’re short enough that I’d hot oil pops, you’ll get your hand burned. Would I buy again? Probably not. But I’ll find uses for them all the same. Meanwhile, I purchased another one with a much longer handle in addition to these.

Sometimes things don't go as planned in the kitchen. Used these to strain a bit of scorched eclair filling. Used the last egg so couldn't start over. 3AM, Thick Custard, Out of Eggs, Small brown scorched flecks needed to leave our otherwise perfect Custard. It worked. These aren't designed for that level of abuse. I thought we would rip through them or they would tear near the rim. Instead they did the job and still look perfect. No sagging or stretching even. It was an extra large bag of heavy custard too. I'm officially impressed. The eclairs were amazing. No brown flecks in the filling. I'd buy these again tomorrow but it looks like they are made to last so I won't need to. Will be buying a set for my son who kept the heat a bit too high. Got to support a son who makes eclairs at 3AM. Never know when I might need to live at his house. Want him to have great kitchen equipment. These are awesome and very strong.

They look GREAT! I hope they'll work as good as they look for deep frying with oil.
