I got what I thought was only a very reasonably priced probiotic formulated for women. Replenishing the Good Women's Probiotics do work well - improved digestion, decreased bloating and gas. The Pills dissolve quickly, love seeing NO gluten, NO soy, NON GMO, NO yeast, preservatives, chemicals, etc., no refrigeration. That cranberry, Vitamin C & D3 are included is a big plus. All great stuff. But, an additional surprising benefit happened ...my sinus drainage, that I've lived with to small or large degree every day for as long as I can remember...stopped. It dried up! I haven't carried tissues with me since day one of taking these probiotics. That may not seem like a big deal to anyone else, but I'm surprised & thrilled. I took 2 the first afternoon they arrived & sinus drainage stopped. I thought it was my imagination. Next morning, sinus drainage was back. Took 2 with breakfast and drainage stopped until dinner time. I took 2 more and it went away again. The next day I tried taking 1 with breakfast. Drainage slowed, but didn't stop. Took another one at lunch, drainage stopped. Took 2 at dinner that evening, drainage stopped again. Since then I've taken 2 with breakfast and 2 with dinner every day. I'll keep that up until finishing this bottle. Next bottle, I'll try using 1- twice a day to see if that works or if I still need to use 2- twice a day. Either way, I'm thrilled with both sets of results. I'll keep using these for sure.

LOVE THIS PRODUCT!!! i have been taking this probiotic for a couple of weeks now and i can tell the improvements in my health.i started taking a probiotic at the suggestion of my ob/gyn. before replenish - women's probiotic, i was taking a sugary gummy probiotic from the grocery store. it wasn't working & i was frustrated, stressed out and not understanding how i cld be on a probiotic yet i kept getting BVs. i had been to the dr 4x trying to figure this out. i thought the gummy probiotic i was taking was helping and it wasn't, it wasn't good enough. i don't eat yogurt, so i wasn't getting any help from food sources. i found this women's probiotic scrolling through amazon, ordered it and i will continue to buy and take this probiotic! I've had no more BVs! this women's probiotic provides the vitamin D i was also lacking and it's just amazing overall for women! i have recommended it to family and co-workers. i will suggest not taking it in the evenings when u first start. i was taking 2 after dinner and i could not get to sleep the 1st 2 nights. i have switched to taking 1 a day after breakfast & it works fine for me.

I've been taking GOL probiotics and because they were out the day I went to reorder, I decided to give this one a try. The supplement itself was too strong for me, personally, and upset my stomach (sorry, TMI!). Within a few days of receiving this product, I received an email from the company (as we often do now, yes), and I responded with the fact that I had to discontinue the product. The customer service rep was quick to respond and after a few back and forth emails, offered to send me another variety they sell in exchange!! Totally unexpected but very much appreciated! I accepted the offer and just received the Dental Probiotic (a chewable) in the mail and am looking forward to trying it next (I've since reordered the GOL one again and want to finish it before starting a new probiotic). Conclusion? While this particular supplement was too strong for me (I even took one pill instead of the recommended 2 per day to start), it may be what you need to jump start your system! And the company is definitely great to work with, so I am hoping the Dental Probiotic works for me and I'm able to do business with this company again in the future. I've been suffering from frequent heartburn for years. It was so bad, that it would wake me up in the middle of the night with a burning throat. For the past 4 years, I've been taking Omeprazole almost daily to treat it. After doing some research on the side effects of Omeprazole, I knew I needed a change. I had been researching the benefits of taking a probiotic for gut health, so I purchased these little pearls to give it a shot. After taking the initial first dose, I was shocked to find that my heartburn was almost immediately gone. I take these pearls once in the morning and once at night (bottle says you can take up to 3 a day) and have found that my overall gut health has dramatically improved. What used to upset my stomach after eating (dairy based foods, red meat, spicy food) has become much easier to digest. I am not a doctor/nutritionist/health professional by any means, but if you're taking Omeprazole for your acid reflux/frequent heartburn, I highly suggest you give these a shot. Rarely do you find a supplement that provides such immediate health benefits.

I started taking the product 12 days ago, I bought it based on the great reviews and the fact the I need to take probiotics for my vaginal flora, and also cranberry to avoid UTI s because it's doctor's presctiption, I found this product in a search of looking for one that would have it all together, I don't know how it is working in terms of keeping my good vaginal flora or urinary tract defenses, but I sure noticed that it has given me a bit of constipation, when I DO NOT suffer from it or any sort of intestinal problems or irregular bowell movements, ever, and with sort of mild constipation issue it has given me, now I also have a little bloating, and I am not on any medication or anything that could cause such issue, in fact I only take products like this to keep myself healthy and strong since I have an autoimmune problem. The company and the customer service agents are great and very devoted to the customes, but it should really say that I am dissapointed to have experienced this particular bowel movement irregularity while taking these. Other than that, hope it works well with the vaginal and urinary tract flora.

I ordered this product on a recommendation from a friend. The process to order from Amazon was easy. I found the product using the keyword "probiotic" and it was one of my top searches. Shipping came as promised. I really love this probiotic. Internally, my digestive system hasn't been acting normally. I've consistently have been having diarrhea or loose stools and didn't know what was causing the problem. I started using this product, three pills a day, to get a kick on my system. Within a few days I started getting more energy and the diarrhea and loose stools went away. I don't know if this was because of the probiotic but nothing really changed in my habits so I attribute it to this product. There is so much that we eat that is processed and a lot of times the ingredients we eat, we just really don't know what is going in our bodies and how our bodies react. I believe probiotics is the answer to help with that and to process the food correctly in our stomachs so we are gaining the proper nutrients our bodies need and to expel the rest. This product will be a part of my routine going forward.

I am very impressed with these probiotics. I was very interested because they are directed towards women. Probiotics live cultures are great for women prone to yeast or UTI infections. Directions say to take 2 a day but you can take up to 4 a day for maximum effectiveness. I started taking them 2 at a time. They are not too big to take both at the same time. They do not have a bad taste, really there is no taste at all. Some reviewers were worried about being gassy, but I have not encountered that issue with these probiotics. I take them in the morning with my breakfast shake and haven't gotten the upset stomach that sometimes occurs with an empty stomach and vitamins. I can feel a difference in my stomach and can tell there is less bloating. I noticed a change within 2 days. They have been helpful in regulating my digestive system, no issues since I have started taking these. I also feel like I have had a jump in energy as well. I will be purchasing these again!
