Very simple to make
This pancake mix is great. It's very easy to make, I just add the two eggs, milk and two bananas and blend. The pancakes are soft and fluffy with a nice flavour. I definitely recommend this product if you are gluten intolerant.

The mix was easy to make, feel this item was expensive as you need to use the entire packet as this is the only measurements given. Not overly sweet which I liked. Not sure I would buy again, there has to be cheaper alternatives

Turned out really well.
Got this for a relative who needs gluten and dairy free food. They really enjoyed them and they're looking forward to having some more. Easy to make up and turned out well. Would definitely buy again and I'm tempted to buy more mixes from this range.

A big NO from us!
I’m sorry to say these were totally disappointing. My husband could not eat it after one mouthful. I thought he was wrongfully making a fuss (after all the packaging was so pretty in pink) but when I tried mine I had to agree with him. The pancakes looked nice when made but really they were an embarrassment. Consistency and taste were awful. I even covered mine in homemade Strawberry syrup to help me eat it to no avail. I used one packet and threw the 5 other packets into the food recycling bin. I felt that I’d wasted my time, money, eggs, homemade strawberry syrup and milk on making this unpalatable product. Not for me. I couldn’t even donate the other 5 remaining packets to the food bank as it would have been wrong to do so. I shall be using ordinary gluten free flour in future.
