Do you need a box spring under

Nope, I use mine on my platform bed and its great! Again, if you read the description, it is memory foam with pillow fluffy on the upper part of the mattress and (because its considered a hybrid) it has multiple springs on the lower half. (essentially it is doing what box springs would do, therefore, in my opinion no box springs are necessary!

Which mattress is firmer...the Euro top or the tight top ?

Dear valued customer, Thank you for your inquiry. Firmness: Euro Top>Tight Top>Pillow Top Comfort: Pillow Top>Euro Top>Tight Top （Kindly Note:As different people have different feelings on softness. So, it is hard for us to make our mattress to be all things to all people. If you have any issues with Vesgantti mattress, please contact us FIRST for best solution) Regards, OunuoDirect Customer Service

Does it have memory foam...because my current matress gets too hot.

No, there's no Memory Foam however, it does contain a couple of layers of slow return foam (located in separate layers). The top layer is a breathable layer which I find keeps my body temp comfortable.

What are the 3 dimensions of the package with a vesgantti 10.2 inch multilayer hybrid queen mattress (pocket spring and foam, 79.5 pounds)? thank you!

The size of this packing box is 105cm x 30cm x 30cm. What’s more, the box varies with the size of the mattress that you bought. Of course, the box won't be very big because our mattresses are compressed for easy transportation. OunuoDirect Amazon store will continue to provide you the best products and services.
