Absolutely beautiful
I absolutely love this journal of gratitude. It is well-written, beautifully designed, and wonderfully illustrated. Each page has different thought-provoking prompts, inspiring quotes, and uplifting affirmations. Overall, the journal is engaging and helps me feel more positive and more grateful for who I am and what I already have. I highly recommend this beautiful journal.

It's not STUPID! It's actually GREAT!
I love this journal! I was originally looking for a blank journal to jot things down every day that I'm grateful for. I'm so glad I got this instead. Every day, I have new, simple, yet thought-provoking questions to answer. It helps me practice gratitude in new ways and for different things that I would not be doing on my own. After only a few days of using it, my husband commented that he appreciated how positive and grateful I was acting! So it's contagious - ha! I look forward to opening it every evening to see what the inspirational quotes and questions are. I highly recommend this and would love to buy it as a gift for friends and family to share the joy!

Perfect for Daily Reflection
I love this gratitude journal, this is my second one. After finishing my first, I tried a few others, but none of them resonated with me like this one does. I love the four simple questions and that there is no pressure to do it daily. The quotes and affirmations actually make sense and really make you think about what you are grateful for. It helped me realize that even in dark moments, there is always something to be grateful for, including the lessons in the hard times. Looking back at my finished journal was really meaningful, and I am excited to start this one again. It is not cheesy at all, it is thoughtful, takes about five minutes, and I highly recommend it.

Not the best, not the worst, useful for staying focused on the positive in life.
What do I like? The prompts for each day, they challenge me to think in a way I might not otherwise. The short format; if it were a long journal page, I might not do it. The little sayings at the top and bottom of each page. What don't I like? Some of these prompts assume I have a good day or that I can feel positive about myself. Some days, that is simply not the case. I have only used it for about ten days, so I haven't run into the repetitiveness others have mentioned, though the same questions are asked in different ways already. I ordered more anyway. I will share with friends, especially those who don't like journaling but would like to give it a try. I have another journal with prompts, but they are the same prompts for every single day; I like that one for different reasons. If I have a prompt that I can't answer for that day, I try to think of a time when it did apply. It's ok to look back and remember something that may be encouraging or helpful today. Also, it today was a really bad day, I write that but look for anything that was positive: a text from a friend, a card in the mail, a phone call, sunshine, and the more broad categories like the ability to read and write. An additional way that I use this is to add a bible verse on each page that goes along with the saying(s) on that page. This helps me to stay in the bible, and I like finding that there are verses that neatly match those sayings. When I'm stumped on a prompt, sometimes the answer can be found in that verse. Just a thought :) One final thought: I think it's entirely appropriate to write that I just can't answer that prompt today. Perhaps it's too painful, perhaps it's an area I struggle with and am overwhelmed, or in some way it doesn't "fit me" today. How can that help? I like to re-read what I've written every few days, and I can see the struggle and then - hopefully - the progress.

It works and truly helps to reframe mindset
My husband and I each got a book and we complete our pages independently at the top pf the morning. Then, we discuss our answers together in the evening. It is helping us to dedicate that time to one another while creating a positive mindset. With two kids, itโs harder than it sounds to dedicate husband/wife time daily. Having children can be hard on a marriage as well. This is helping us to maintain a positive outlook. Each page is different so you arenโt answering the same questions repeatedly, but there is definitely a theme.

Setting aside time to be grateful is really easy with this daily set of prompts.
Wow! Setting aside time to be grateful is really easy with this daily set of prompts. None of them are repetitive. They all make one think more deeply about the things that are easy to take for granted. The prompt that wowed me this week was โOne thing I now have that I used to dream aboutโฆโ and I realized all over how I was living in the midst of my hopes from years ago. Life is complicated and messy, but being truly grateful for the good things does make room for joy in the midst of trial.

Perfect for Guided Writing
I'm really enjoying this gratitude journal since I am at a loss for words and get stuck when I try to start to write. There is a different quote and prompt for each day, which is so helpful.
