I've been using the TN247 toner cartridges for a while now, and I'm thoroughly impressed! The quality is on par with the original cartridges at a fraction of the price. I've had a bad experience with printers (especially hp) throughout my working life, so the thought of getting non-brand ink doesn't feel good... but in fairness, I just can't afford the Brother pricetag. I almost returned them, since I didn't follow the instructions and of course, they didn't fit my printer (or so I thought), but after checking and trying again, the cartridge slid into place and went straight to work! No problems with it since installation and I had to replace a second cartridge now, which was easy enough. They work well, I had no "adjustment period " of ink blobs/stains and so far, I'm very happy with my purchase. Affordability is just the cherry on the top.

This is an excellent product which is value for money, all colour toners fitted into my laser printer and worked ok. I did have a problem with Brother HL-L3270CDW laser printer, however, customer services resolved this quickly.

Cool Toner TN247 product review. I've used Cool Toner products for some years and they've been quite reliable. ( Have occasionally tried a few other makes when Cool Toner no longer supported the cartridge type for my older Brother printer, but with poor results... ) Now using TN247 on a newer brother printer, and have continued using Cool Toner. They've worked quite well, but I use them for photographs and the Cyan Toner gives a much more vivid blue tone to photographs than the original Brother toner. I turn the Cyan setting down on the printer, and reduce the blue colour balance level on the image, before I print, and the photo prints are acceptable. I've seen the same effect on both my Amazon Cool Toner TN247 orders, and I value this opportunity to mention it to Cool Toner. I still have the original set of Brother Toner cartridges and the difference is very marked. I sometimes switch back to the original Brother Cyan cartridge. If you ever change your Cyan toner formula please send me a sample to try it! Meanwhile I'll continue to use Cool Toner. ******* UPDATE :- Have been in contact with Cool Toner who have been very helpful.. Tried different images and printer settings and compared Brother & Cool Toner cartridges. The results were very similar in these tests - both showing a similar rather too vivid blue. Will continue to use Cool Toner cartridges.

This is the second time that I've purchased these toner cartridges from this supplier - and I see no reason to look elsewhere when these run out. These are simply great value and excellent quality. Whenever I do a print job, I never give any thought to the quality of the printouts, because they are consistently excellent. They are very easy to fit and work well - which is all that what is required. In the current economic climate, I see no reason to spend more elsewhere, especially for no tangible or visible benefits.

Purchased these toner cartridges to replace the original that came with the laser printer. It has certainly matched the original print quality and apart from the price which is lot cheaper than the brand name, you won’t see any difference. We are a small business and use the printer daily and these have been ongoing for few weeks now and still lots of ink left in them. Easy to install with no error messages.
