Is this a good replacement for rx adhd medication?

I would actually disagree with the above poster and say that it would probably greatly depend on your diagnosis. I was diagnosed with ADD  and prescribed a few different medications. The medication worked but the afternoon crash and resulting moodiness wasn't good for my family or myself. I got these and added them to my wellness stack  and found I had the focus and motivation of my prescription medication without the crash and moodiness. I also found I had increased patience, better impulse control, and slept better. I think it is all based on person and what you wish to achieve. Many people have misconceptions about what ADD medication is supposed to do for you and I personally think this natural supplement does a great job achieving the calm- focus prescription attention deficit medication is supposed to achieve.

Honestly, I think this started showing some improvements in a week or 2. It’s hard to say because the weather has been so whacky and plays a HUGE part of my fibromyalgia

Soy is not mentioned on the list of ingredients, and I do not believe the vegan capsules used to make these contain soy either.
