Great little machine.
I needed an easy to use washing machine to wash microfiber towels when I clean the inside and outside of my car. I live in a house so I keep it outside because that is the easiest way to fill with water, plus there is an outdoors outlet, which is super convenient. Pros: •Light weight and easy to store •Pretty blue color •Functional and easy to use dials •Not loud at all although I do keep it outside •Agitation effectively removes dirt and car grime •Hose is 4’long •Cord is 6’ long Cons: •Hose attachment doesn’t fit a regular garden hose so I end up filling from the top. •Instructions are not clear and takes quite a bit of trial and error to figure out the locking mechanism for the spin basket (Hint: spin the basket to the left to lock, spin the basket to the right to unlock). As a result, some of the plastic on the spin basket has been shaved off and marked the inside of the wash tub. •Items are still sopping wet after spin cycle, so i can only spin a few items at a time •Pretty unstable and makes quite a bit of noise during spin cycle. i have to bracket the washer between a large pot and a couple of outside chairs. Overall, great little machine.

Nope.
I had high hopes on this little guy. I bought this because i wanted to be safer due to Covid. We have a set of washer and dryers downstairs in my apartment complex that I do love but having something in my apartment sounded safer. It came and as soon as I took it out of the box, I could smell burnt rubber. I ignored it and used the horrible directions to set it up. Horrible directions! I actually found this guy on YouTube who reviewed it so thank god for him because I had no idea what I was doing. I put my first load in and it was great! Until about 5 mins till the end of the cycle. It just stopped. I tried everything I could to fix it. Nothing. I felt the back of the machine and it was flaming hot. So I unplugged everything for about 30 mins and let it cool down. Started the machine again and it lasted about 2 mins until it did the same thing. I stood by this machine for about an hour trying to get one load done. Stopping, cooling off, repeat. Don’t even get me started on the spinning. The basket wouldn’t stay so it was flying everywhere. Another 30 mins fighting with that. Now I have to go across town to return this thing to Kohls. I’m so upset. I ordered a replacement to just give it one more try. So we shall see! Edit: I received a replacement and it was the same way. I ended up contacting Amazon to have both the machines picked up from my house for return and they did. That was the only positive thing out of this. A waste of time and waste of money! Please do not buy this!!!

Build could be better but it is super compact, simple to use and easy to clean.
This portable washer is a smaller unit which is great for tight spaces and storage. It has a convenient way of connecting a faucet to the top to get water into it. It works very well but there are some quality issues that do not seem like they affect performance. As you can see in the attached photos, the power line is very close to where a screw is. So close in fact that the rubber around the power cord is a little worn from assembly at the factory. The alignment of the rear plate isn't perfect and you can see the screw (over the product label) appears off center. The plastic used is a bit soft and you can see that the little arms that hold the power cord have bent inwards causing the rear plate to open up a bit. Oddly, there are some holes like a receptacle on the rear plate I assume are for ventilation and power cords do not plug in or even fit into these holes. Like I wrote, none of these issues appear to hurt the performance of the system. 4 out of 5 stars...

LOVE!
This little thing has been a life changer. Small loads are VERY doable. I move from the floor to counter (before filling) with ease. I place a towel underneath to help the noise/movement. The towel helps lessen the noise due to vibrations on the counter, not the motor. Easy to fill with buckets vs the tube (which doesn't fit my faucet anyway). Less is more with the detergent. Successfully washed sheet sets- done in separate loads (eg. one sheet and two pillow cases). Spinner is eh/ok.... I find it works well if I do 2 or 3 items at a time (not the sheets!! LOL). Press the spinning items down and then place and press the basket lid on top. Squishing works :) I double check the basket is secure and hold the machine as it begins the spin. I only spin for about a minute. *make sure the drainage pipe is down and ready to drain for spinning. I found if I spun for a longer period the motor would stop and need to cool down again before working again. This is perfect for one or two people, who keep up with doing laundry every few days, or for the odd emergency load that needs to be done. I've recommended this product to a few friends. Worth the (affordable) investment!

Works well, but sort of quirky
I got the model in the listing photo, not the larger model in other reviews. Mine works extremely well during the wash cycle, dry cycle is only okay, basket tends to fling around if you have more than just a few socks or handkerchiefs in it. It's about the size of a 5 gallon bucket and I have it on my countertop in a second bathroom I don't use often. Pros: Washes well Decent price Has a spin dry basket (even if not that great) Holds a lot of little items (socks, underwear, washrag, handkerchiefs) Cons: Spin dryer is a bit weak Spin dryer is a bit small No customer support If you run more than 2 loads back to back it needs to cool down for about an hour. The first time this happened to me I thought I got a bad unit, contacted the company, still no response weeks later. It stinks that the motor overheats if you wash too many loads at back to back, but I took off the back plate (two short screws) and left it off which keeps the motor slightly cooler. I'm glad it has built in safety cutoff though. I plan to purchase a small pump for a fish tank to pump water from my sink basin into the washer (included hose does not fit my sink) and if I find a lot of time on my hands I may put a computer fan in the back and wire it to turn on with the washer motor (at 5-12 volts) I have a full sized washer, but I bought this as a supplemental washer for my small items and it has cut down my main laundry loads by a lot. It would be great as a dedicated wash for reusable baby diapers or reusable feminine pads/liners. Overall I would recommend this product, but only as a supplemental washer. If you have a small apartment and want a great portable washer AND DRYER there are better options for just a little more money. The biggest upset for me is that the customer service was non-existent for me.

Great Washer for Camping
We really like this portable washer. It’s perfect for keeping in our fifth wheel and it fits nicely in the camper’s bedroom closet when not in use. It’s easy to use (we set it on the counter next to the kitchen sink when washing a load), easy to move and best of all, it gets us back home without a visit to the campground laundry room when we need a few extra clothes to get us to the end of our trip. Clothes come out clean. We purchased a drying rack to hang the clothes on after they’re washed. We’re very happy with this machine.

Terrible and not worth it
I received the package on time. It look brand new out the box at the five minutes to use it stopped working and it was extremely hot the motor is very flimsy looking and very hot. I am extremely disappointed because you can barely watch one or two shirts without it I won’t even spend if you put too much weight in there or too much water it Will not spin. I have a video of it spinning but again you have to let it cool off for 10 to 15 minutes and it only washes every 5 to 6 minutes maximum. And then the basket is trash it spins and it flips all over the place if you put too much weight in that it’s not sturdy you have to put one item of time to spin the water out of it it will get 70% of the water out but I have to let it cool off and start over every 10 minutes spending the same shirts which is ridiculous this is more like a toy yet dangerous to spin spin powerful with nothing in it

Don't bother
I'll preface my review by saying I am aware the listing states this unit is meant for smaller items; as well as the capacity weight limit. (Spin capacity doesn't come close to that). However, when I read the reviews from people stating the amount of clothes they were able to wash and spin, I figured maybe the listing understated the capacity limits and went ahead based on the reviews believing the unit would work for what I needed... I honesty don't know how some of the reviewers were able to spin dry the items they said they did...?? My comments about the capacity/ability to wash/spin more than just "some undergarments" are in response to those reviews that state a decent amount of clothes can be "spun" effectively. ...so, I had a larger unit that I needed to start using again when my landlord's wash machine went out (and been slow to replace). While the bigger size was a bit cumbersome and took up a bit too much space, I loved it. Worked great, fabulous spin dry, and could manage a good sized load. However, the spin dry finally conked out. I, of course knew this would be smaller, requiring more frequent smaller loads, but was okay with that. The trade off being it took up much less space to store, would be easier to move around, and ended up even fitting under the bathtub faucet. As a decent wash capacity with a fairly effective "washing ability "... albeit, that's where the "pros" end. Again, while I knew I would have to lessen the load, especially for the spin dry (as reviews stated) said spin dry is a joke! The design and functionality is ridiculous. Of course I wasn't expecting bone dry clothes to come out, but as as chef/baker with carpal tunnel and nerve damage to both wrists, I definitely needed something that would do most of the work in eliminating the water. Not so much. I've included a video to show how useless the spin dry is. *I wasn't able to wring out with both hands while taking the video,so I couldn't show how much water STILL needed to be wrung out. For real though, at least a cup of water still needed to be wrung out after spinning. One medium size t-shirt still needed wringing, not to mention that if you add 2 t-shirts, it comes unattached while spinning. Sure it works great with just a few undies and some socks (although still requires some wringing), but really, if you're only going to do a few undies and socks, why need a machine in the first place. The hose that's included to fill is absurd, as it doesn't even fit on a standard bathroom sink faucet (if you need it to-*see pic). The "drain hose" is rather ridiculous to me as well (if it wasn't in a bathtub, it wouldn't reach very far off a counter to a sink... to which I'll add that the amount of manual restraint/stability this thing needs while spinning would be a bit difficult to manage on a counter- IMO). The "locking feature" to keep the spin basket attached is below subpar for what is needed. While a good concept, the execution/design needs work. For the amount of momentum while spinning, it needs much bigger "feet" to hold on to the base. *see pic. Also, it automatically drains out, meaning that you need to have the drain hose hooked up *see pic, at all times unless you WANT to drain. I also included pics with an average sized ankle sock to show the size. Again, while it has a decent wash load capacity, the size (and function) of the spin basket is a joke. All in all, if you are needing this for primary wash/ spin dry purpose, look elsewhere. If you just need a decent wash sans any "assistance" in eliminating water from your clothes, this could work.

Good washer for RV. Would use two compartment washer/spinner for an apartment with more space
I grew up with similar washing machine so I can say I have experienced a similar product 30 plus years ago. It’s small - fits on the counter in the bathroom. It’s light - I can pick it up with my fingers using the handle It’s good for small spaces We picked this one because it is small as we are living in an RV so space is at premium. It’s not as powerful as versions 100$ more but it has bigger space to wash and rinse since it’s all in one. We do use a pit to fill water in as hose does not fit on the faucet in our RV but it’s just 3 pits of water. Bucket would be easier but we do not have space for a bucket. Spinning is not very powerful either but helps to protect my hands from wringing clothes so I would say it’s OK. If you spin for 5 min clothes will still drip some drops when hang but your hands will be happier Now things I recommend to have in place: Before you even turn it on - Learn how to secure spinning bucket in. The bottom of the bucket has those plastic hooks to catch against similar hooks on the bottom of the machine. While I never hear a click my rule of thumb pick up spinning bucket handle and rotate when attached to the machine - you will see the bottom rotate. Why I say try it first - you have to make it proper without clothes in just to know what you are up to with wet clothes... Second thing - dissolve your detergent in before you add clothes. Just do it this way so you don’t damage you clothes on the process You can soak your clothes on with the detergent if needed. Do a wash. I personally prefer to drain and add water at the same time - if the speed of adding water equals the drain speed you can keep machine going for 2-3 min to have a great rinse. For those who never washed by hand using cool water to rinse will get detergent off faster. I also sometimes just take all the clothes out and fill our little bathtub with water and let them just rinse there by hand and use the spin for part of those - that’s when I have lots of laundry to do. But with just a bit I rinse and do wash at the same time by draining and adding water. It’s like a play on the splash park when you were a child.. Than take out all the clothes and add half to the spinning bucket. What is important here - think of it as of centrifuge - the more you balance everything inside the less it will bang and move your machine around. And trust me - it can jump off the counter if you do a lousy job balancing the load inside the bucket, if you forget the lid or if you don’t secure the bucket properly. While I sometimes leave the machine at washing cycle unattended I never leave it on spinning unattended - it can launch itself for a nice flight. I find that 5 min is maximum I ever need for a spin. I determine it when no drops of water come out of a drain hose. I than go hang first portion and start on the second. Overall I think it’s a good value for the money and a great space saver. Two compartment machine we also own is twice as large but does a better spin however uses about the same amount of items per wash. So I picked this one as cheaper and smaller version doing an OK spin...

Requires too much manual labour
Unfortunately the water hose doesn’t fit any tap so need to fill water by hand which is not fun since you need to fill water with the clothes and soap, then drain it then fill water again then drain it, then fill water again to rinse and get the soap out. Then you need to wring each item by hand to get the water out as the “dryer” part of this item is useless. The spin tub given is so small and when you put something in it it goes off balance and shudders and shakes.

Great lil maching for an apartment with no washer/dryer unit.
Used the washer with two small loads as you cannot fill these types of machines too much. washed well and was easy to use. had to adjust a knob as it was off by one placement but was easy to fix by popping it off and on. (no force needed or damage caused) hose was too small for a standard American/Canadian Sink for the fill but i used my detachable shower head and it worked great. The spin cycle is good for underwear and a t-shirt or 2 however it shakes like crazy even when balanced evenly. i found it easier to wring out my clothes over the tub for my t-shirts and sweat pants and let them dry on my Rack. Long story short the machine is great for people in need of a washer but it requires patience and time.
