The real food we are suppose to eat
This book is very enlightening to how far off the human diet has become in comparison to what God intended for us to consume. Not only is this diet scientifically backed, but is biblically written out for us! I believe if we followed the makers diet, society would beable to heal themselves and live the lives we were intended to.

There is much to think about in this book. But, be ready to use your Bible to see if the author is making sound suggestions. Spit out the bones, and you will be blessed to read this book.

Truth about nutrition!
There are so many diet books out there but this has a scriptural and Godly emphasis that gives you truth about what to put in your body. It's not easy but then nothing is! I loved the encouragement the Doctor gives and think it is worthwhile just to know what is good for us.

Loved the book but Appendix B was missing which greatly limits its value. Can't find anyone to contact re the problem.
