Love this, first time I’ve used it. I did not have any stains I just wanted to freshen my stair/landing carpet and make it look abit more like new again as it was looking tired. I used a cloth with the product diluted with warm water in a plastic jug. I guess I put ‘slightly’ more in. I really can notice a massive difference in the carpet and it smells beautiful. Don’t soak the carpet just wring the cloth out so it’s damp. Highly recommend and I will be using it again a few times a year..

Good value
Just what I was looking for as I need to clean the coconut matting by the front door. So used this and with a good scrub it came up very well. Easy to use and good value. I don't have a fancy machine, so it was just a bowl of water and elbow grease but it did the job.

Strange smell afterwards.
It cleaned the hallway carpet but left behind a strange and unpleasant smell, and it has been more than a month since.

This has to be the best carpet cleaner on the market.I've been familiar with this product since the 1950's. I've used it so many times and never found anything better.
