It is durable with adjustable weight and grips. Because my kids are combat sports competitors asking other sports, it provides carrying balance of weight and movement ideal for training for real life feel. It's adjustable to the need and ability of my son and my daughter. I love the idea of the PRACTICAL weight training aspect it provides. It helps you target and strengthen otherwise lost muscle groups. It helps me specifically in working muscles when my joints are not up to traditional weight training. I don't miss a beat. Great quality and material. The feel is great.

We purchased this because my daughter’s softball team uses a similar aqua training bag for conditioning workouts. It definitely adds an extra level to the workout. I like how it engages separate muscle groups through the unpredictability of using water as the weight. The quality of the Tidal Tank is very nice. It is a very heavy material, the handles are soft, easy to hold, and well attached. We like the ability to change the dye color of the water, and how easy it is to fill and pump. We have only had it for a short bit, but it seems as though it will last quite a while. Great product.
