Its a good hair colouring

Not as bright a blue as I was expecting and my hair takes to colour really well. My hair dresser really enjoyed the use and ease of the product though, it was just I expected more from the colour

Washes out really quickly and not the colour advertised. It looks more like a green and you would need more than 3 tubes to get it to cover the hair.

I've been using Pulp Riot's blue muse semi permanent dye for a few years. It's the second brand cyan blue hair color I have tried. The duration of good color on your hair is going to depend on a lot of things. Did you apply it to clean dry hair? How many times a week are you washing it? What's the condition of your hair cuticle to begin with? I get a solid 2 to 3 weeks out of coloring with this Pulp Riot hair dye. I color it myself and it takes about an hour from start to finish: applying the die, waiting 45 minutes, rinsing it out, blowing it dry. I have "mature" hair and it's very kind to my hair. No damage Pulp Riot makes an array of colors. Although my eye wanders and I sometimes think about getting off blue muse, I'm quickly brought back to the reality that it is the perfect color for me. I'm completely satisfied with my experience every time I use it

Paired this with Area 51 (a graveyard color) and I am in love. The fade isn’t nearly as off putting and muddy as a lot of other blues tend to be. Definitely needs a very light base to start with.

Pulp Riot is THE BEST semi permanent hair color, in my opinion. I have been wearing Blue Muse, which was originally called Nirvana, since 2020. I colored my hair to lift my spirits during the pandemic. Now it’s my signature color. Sometimes I blend it with a little Area 51 to create a wonderful bright green, that’s always fun. It lasts well if you use the correct shampoo and don’t shampoo too often. Another great thing about Pulp Riot, and Blue Muse, is it fades very nicely. Sometimes I get more compliments when it’s faded to a pastel blue than when it’s fresh. Don’t worry about it, just buy and paint your hair! It’s fun! It looks best on hair that has been bleached by a professional. That’s something I would never try on my own. (In the picture I did the ends of my locks in Area 51 and blended it into Blue Muse. )

Honestly pretty disappointed. Pulp Riot Neon electric "blue" leans way more teal than blue, and it's not very vibrant at all compared to other dyes I've used. I used this and another brand for an ombre and the other dye is still vibrant after a couple washes but the blue is immediately dulled and faded. I would expect neon blue to be super bright not dull. I wouldn't get this brand again. IroIro is my absolute favorite and I knew shouldn't have tried something new. I attached a swatch of the dye straight out of the bottle on a white shirt to show the lack of pigment and teal hue. It should be marketed as a pastel seafoam, it is NOT neon blue whatsoever.

This hair color is absolutely amazing. I had really good results with it. I bleached my hair first and it was so bright and vibrant. Make sure you put something down on your floor or do it an area where you don't care because it works so well that my tile is dyed blue as well lol. As long as you wash your hair on cold water it will last a month easy if not longer.
