Q: is this the actual holga 120 N or is this the holga 120 by sunrise?

Mine is genuine, but Holga has been gone for a while, so today's models will probably be the revived brand. But, what's the big deal? It's still a "Holga".

Q: Why does it say Toy camera?

If I am correct, this and the similar Diana were first manufactured as cheap toys for children

Q: where would I be able to develop the film?

Q: does the film click into place?

No, unlike 35mm, 120 film does not click into place. The film must be rolled onto the take-up spool. There is a creased part of the film that slides into the slot of the take-up spool, then you can close the back, and wind the film into position for the first shot.
