Great results with cooking sauces and stews. But it’s great with everything. 8 quarts is the equivalent 7.5 litre pot the Ninja takes.I love my Ninja FoodiMax, but the original pot’s ceramic coating was pitted within months and has just now developed holes where the pits started.This replacement is more expensive, but you get what you pay for! and the Ninja FoodiMax 15in1 (OL750UK so you know it fits) replacement part is always out of stock. Having compared the two now after all this time this is by far superior.
