Temtop Professional Air Quality Analyzer & CO2 Monitor Particle Counter

I'd tried a few meters before this. They were all rubbish. This one actually seems to work correctly though. I can zero calibrate it outside, and see levels rise in poorly ventilated spaces within a few minutes as the device adjusts. And going outside and measuring it returns to basline levels. This alone is better than any of the other devices I've bought and gives me great peace of mind that it is actually likely to be detecting co2 accurately. if nothing else this device is precise and consistent. Great product, I'll be trusting Temtop from now on, they've won my approval with this product.

There are too many IAQ monitoring devices to choose from, but this one represents a reasonable range of features, and it is especially useful that you can collect history, and actually set the intervals. The history files is USB downloadable, which is extremely convenient. I tend to focus a lot on PM2.5 and many low-end meters seem to indicate too low at the low end of the range. This one seems to be a little better. Still, accuracy at the low end is limited - the specs say +/- 10 micrograms/m3, and if you are trying to figure out a reading between 0-12, which is the "good" range, a swing of 10 points is not very helpful. so caution is in order at the low end, but on the whole it seems to be more credible than many other entries in the field.

I have 2 sensors and wanted a third so I checked reviews and settled on this one. Bad idea. Instructions are so tiny I still couldn't read it with a magnifier so I had to go on the website to download the manual. Absolutely no Customer Service. Battery lasts about 30 minutes. Using it with my other 2 sensors it didn't detect high C02 and VOC levels that the other ones did. Overall, I"m shocked at the positive reviews. It's even difficult to return. They wait 30 days to refund and you have to print your own label. This device loses at every level. Don't waste your time or money. UPDATE: I had high expectations for this monitor because it's listed on the EPA website as having been tested and approved by them. The first device I received was defective. Customer Service sent me a new one and it works. They also sent better instructions. It's really more of a detector than a monitor as it doesn't seem to be designed to be left on all day as my other monitor is. It has a USB connector so you can hook it up to your computer and store data readings. It's way more than what I need but I'm keeping it to keep my other monitors in check.

Great customer service. At first I thought the device was defective, but it turned out I was using the power button incorrectly. The seller responded quickly, was very professional, and immediately offered help and a refund. I really appreciate their attention and support. The device works exactly as expected and matches the description provided. Thank you!

Product works OK. The logged information does not include Particles, Humidity or Temperature. It does log the PM2.5 and PM10, but does not include the decimal portion (see image of log file). I tried 3 times to ask their customer support (not actually in California) if there was a way to enable it, but I could never get a clear answer. The best I got was: "Hello Dear Thank you very much for pointing out this issue, we are indeed aware of the inconvenience it causes to our customers. We have made a new version change to fix the problem. But unfortunately, the new version is not yet in production." So... I guess the answer is "no", unless they mean that there will be a firmware update, but I don't know. Since we cannot log this data (the reason we purchased this device) I am returning it. If you are interested, they do sell just the sensor (PMJG-200) for ~$28 and it is just as accurate but it outputs via 3.3V serial. I'm just going to use a $5 ESP32 and have a logging and network connectivity. I was looking for a Co2 meter and had no clue which one to get. I ended up getting this device because it was inexpensive enough that I wouldn’t be upset if it turned out to be garbage. Once I opened it up and put it to use I was very pleased with the quality of the device. It feels like a very expensive piece of equipment with no play in the buttons and very accurate readings. I couldn’t be more happy!

Bought this since the description advertised a data export feature. I had researched all the available handhelds and this was my choice. Bad choice! And, I didn't try the feature until the return period was over...my loss of nearly $200!!!!! When I reached out to the company about this, they told me that feature doesn't work on this model. Very deceptive! I will have to take phone photos to record data history to print for my records and/or for sending to others. WHY DOES THE DEVICE SOFTWARE EVEN SHOW THIS OPTION (see photo for proof)? At the time of my purchase, the listing stated data export, I might add. DO NOT BUY!!!!!

Pour l'instant, il fonctionne très bien et semble donner des résultats proches de la réalité lorsque je compare la pollution avec le site météo. En tout cas à ce qui a trait avec les fines particules. Il est très sensible, il y a une rôtie qui a brulé légèrement et j'ai obtenu plusieurs alarmes, CO2, fines et plus grosses particules étaient rendues très élevées. Aussi, excellente communication avec le vendeur.

Es justo lo que necesitaba, obtengo mediciones de CO2 en el laboratorio. El equipo crea un Excel diario y registra los valores cada 30 minutos, se conecta a la computadora y se extraen los archivos.

Como se utilizo para el trabajo, se lo dimos al personal y al utilizarlo no daba bien las lecturas, asi que optamos por primero enviarlo a calibrar con un proveedor, el cual concluyo que no se podia calibrar este medidor. Por temas de tiempos, ya paso el tiempo limite para hacer la devolucion, mas no lo recomiendo por no llegar calibrado, no se si asi lleguen todos o nos toco mala suerte, mas creo que la garantia deberia de ser de 1 año para cambiarlo, mas ya no me permiten.

Seems to work reasonably well. Gives outside background levels about where I expect them to be. It does run out of power quite quickly. Only has a few short hours of charge. Nice little meter though.

Me gustó que es robusto, y tiene una interfaz intuitiva. El sensor de CO2 al parecer si es NDIR. No me gustó que la 1ra calibración o la requerida después de mucho tiempo de no usarlo dura 6 horas. La batería no dura mucho, así que hay que dejarlo conectado a un power bank porque hay que calibrarlo en exteriores. Tampoco me gustó que no guarda algunas configuraciones al apagarse. Por ejemplo, la de silenciar la alarma. No trae cargador, solo el cable.
