I am happy with the ingredients and thinking about looking into the other vitamins they have. As far as the biotin, I am satisfied so far. I have noticed my hair thickening and growth, my nails appear to be getting stronger; not so much growth ( but that can be on me ) , and I noticed during my menstruation I did not have a breakout or even a pimple … I have been taking these for 2 months straight .

I chose this product because it met my requirements for a biotin supplement. I wanted one that is vegan, a moderate dosage and made with USP-grade biotin. Both the capsule and contents are vegan in this product. FYI many biotin supplements can contain a mix of animal and plant sources; biotin gummies have animal gelatin. The dosage is 5,000 mcg. This is a moderate dose compared to many that are 10,000 mcg. Note that the estimated adequate intake (AI) for an adult is 30 mcg. There isn’t a standard recommended dietary allowance (RDA), but proponents seem to recommend 2000 to 5000 mcg. I personally didn’t want or need a megadose. The biotin itself is “USP grade”, which means that the biotin used meets or exceeds the USP standards for purity and is acceptable for food, drug or medicinal use. I don’t trust supplements without a standardized, unbiased declaration of their ingredient quality. This is not the same as “USP verified”, a mark awarded to dietary supplements that have undergone a stringent verification process for things like potency, levels of contaminants, breakdown/release in the body, etc. I highly recommend reading about USP and how important it is to know what’s in your supplements. This capsule is easy to swallow with no taste and didn’t cause stomach upset or breakouts for me. I can’t speak to any positive effects because it’s subjective and takes at least a month to notice.

I have been taking this everyday for the past few months and I not only notice a difference in the health of my hair and strength in my nails, but the people around me have noticed as well. Great quality, I will continue to buy in the future!! And no taste btw.

I’m using this product because I have some hair loss and brittle nails from having a thyroid issue. I’ve been taking it for 1 week so far. I haven’t noticed any significant changes yet. It hasn’t upset my tummy and it seems like my hair has been having better hair days lately. I think it’s starting to work so far. I like that the capsules are easy to swallow and they aren’t tablets. I am going to continue taking this product.

I have been struggling with hair loss for a while now, and I decided to give PlantFusion Vegan Biotin a try. I have been taking it for a few weeks and I am hopeful that I will see more improvement soon. I like that it is a vegan supplement and contains a high dose of biotin (5000mcg). The only reason I am giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is because I have not seen significant results yet. However, I will continue to use it and hope to see more improvement in the near future.
