Your casts will pop out of the mould easily, but if you like you could rub a TINY a of normal kitchen vegetable oil on the inside of the mould before pouring in your concrete mix to facilitate demoulding..
If you're new to concrete casting, some common mixes you could try are: 4 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement, OR 2 parts sharp sand to 1 part cement, OR 3 parts mixed gravel and sand to 1 part cement..
