Tasty and doesn't need cleaning. Probably the best brown basmati rice I've ever had. First time, I tried to rinse it there was no starch to rinse away. Perfect!

Rice was not usable!
I sent this rice as a gift to someone. She only informed me by chance that she hat thrown all the rice away. The reason was: The rice was very hard and firm! Even after soaking in water for 24 hours and cooking for very, very long time in plenty of water, the rice didn't become soft and stayed rock hard! It was not usable!! Doesn't even deserve one star!!!

contaminated rice
I would give it zero if possible. There are some gross looking strings of moths or something inside the rice and the bag arrived filthy like there is mud outside.
