Pretty Good for Ferrets
These bars are priced a little high for what you get (should be around $30), but they work pretty well for ferrets. I bought two of these and removed two of the panels from one set and added it to the other set for a larger space. I had two use a screwdriver and pliers to do this, but if you want to just connect two full sets together you won't need to use any tools. The horizontal bars seem spaced far enough apart to prevent the ferret from climbing and jumping out but it definitely does not stop him from trying. I would NOT leave a ferret inside one of these cages for any extended length of time unsupervised. It seems only a matter of time before he learns a technique to launch himself and do a pull-up to raise himself over the top bar. Definitely do not have tall objects inside as the ferrets will most likely launch themselves right out of the enclosure. We use two large, fabric dog pee pads to prevent messes. In retrospect we probably should have ordered one very large one. Our ferret crawls under the mats where they overlap (or pulls the edge of the mat into the cage) and tunnels around like a mole. It is probably only a matter of time until he uses this technique to tunnel under the bars and escape. All in all this is a pretty cost-effective cage that folds up nicely when not in use. The rubber/powder coated bars are nice as well.

Perfect!!
Tall enough that my ferrets cant escape and small gaps so they can’t squeeze through. Love how it has the tarp piece for the bottom.

Awesome for ferrets!
This is a great product, requires no assembly and is ready to go out of the box. The mat is high quality (which makes for easy cleanup) as well as the playpen. My ferrets love it but cannot escape, which is the point! The price is also low especially for the quality you get. I actually starting using this in place of their 2 story, $300+ cage. You can also buy another one, and combine the 2 for extra space. I highly recommend it!

Great for ferrets!
I bought a couple of these pens a little over a year ago for my 3 ferrets (2 females and 1 male). Letting ferrets free roam your house is basically like letting a bunch of toddlers free roam your house, and you have to babysit them the entire time they're out unless you have a ferret room or completely ferret proof house. Ferrets can be a handful, and I knew mine weren't getting enough playtime outside the cage because I didn't always have the energy to watch them, so I bought a couple of these. One pen is not nearly enough for multiple active ferrets, especially after adding a litter box, but 2 is better. These pens have been great! Not a single escape in a year of having them, which was my biggest concern. My ferrets can't climb them, squeeze through the bars, or lift them, and my ferrets vary greatly in size, strength, and persistence. They can move the pen in and out which changes the shape, but that's it. Now I can take my ferrets out a few times a day to release some energy and keep them happy. I was even able to rig up a tube connection from the pen to their cage so they could play whenever they wanted and never had an escape even unsupervised! These were definitely worth it!Here's a few things to keep in mind if you're getting these for ferrets:-If you're going to leave them unsupervised, make sure they have safe, unbroken toys that they can't accidentally swallow a piece of.-You should consider buying an extra food and water bowl/bottle and litter box if they will be spending a lot if time in their pen.-If you decide to have the pen around the cage like some people on here have done, make sure they can't climb the cage.-Ferrets get bored after a while, so alternate toys or buy new toys frequently, and I'd recommend still letting them out to wander the house sometimes.Pictures show 1 pen vs 2 pens.

Be cautious when using this!
I have two of these combined and have been using them for several months now. Everything has been fine however my ferrets aren’t always thrilled to be inside it verses free roaming any actual room. Some animals may think it’s a cage still and not enjoy it as much as you wish they would. HOWEVER, that’s not the point of my review. All my ferrets have been safe inside it for months now until one day recently, I stepped away for a few minutes and one of my ferrets I’m assuming climbed on top of a box I had in there for them to play in and tried jumping off that and got stuck between the bars! He got stuck and was only there for a minute or two but those two minutes did a lot of harm. He was limp and couldn’t use his back legs for 20 mins or so. I rushed him to the emergency vet but luckily by the time we got there he was all better and was himself again. I am not comfortable having things they can hop ontop of in there which now limits to what they can play with when in the play pen and am scared to even step away for a minute. Since they’ve been fine in this play pen for several months, I didn’t think stepping away for a moment would be harmful but it was so if you plan on getting this, do not leave the playpen unattended if your animals are in it. I didn’t even think the bars were big enough for the animals to fit through but it was where the gate connects which has a slightly larger gap. I really thought I was going to lose one of my babies that day. So again, if you get it, do not leave it unattended!

Sturdy and Easy 2 Use
Good product. I have bought two already for our rabbits to play outside.

Great for people with ferrets as this fence limits their ability to climb.
I really like this pet fence. It’s great for those who have ferrets as It keeps them from climbing it and getting out of the enclosure. The hole built into the fence is great as you can attach one end of a tube to it and the other end to another fenced in enclosure and have the little fuzz butts run back and forth getting exercise. It comes with a vinyl mat and a cap to lock in over the hole if you wish to keep the critter isolated to one area. I’m getting myself another one of these pens. Thumbs up!

DO NOT GET THIS IF YOUR RABBIT IS SMALL
I repeat. DO NOT GET THIS IF YOUR RABBIT IS SMALL. I think it would be a great product for a medium size and up rabbits, but my holland lop (2 lbs) tried to escape and he got stuck in between the bars. A long story short, he is fine now, but we had to take him to the ER. This was a terrifying experience for both my rabbit and my family.
