Read it

If you want to reevaluate your life and deeply understand those around you this is a great read. Oficially obsessed with Adlerian Psychology, and utterly inspired to live a happier, more fulfilling life

These books were interesting, page turners and thoroughly thought provoking. Ive read them twice and they’ve changed the way i view certain situations in life.

Just read the courage to be disliked. Ill keep this short, but needless to say I did not like this book. The narrative is wordy and just drags on with endless discussion between a youth and the philosopher just to get its points across. To be honest take the whole book and condense it into 4 pages with the points in hand. I fail to see how people ranked this book so high when it takes so long to get to a point. I was looking for a book to recommend for my clients, this wont be one of them. I'm not a stranger to reading psychology books, perhaps i'm just use to getting information in a succinct manner something this book does not achieve. I ordered the second book 'courage to be happy' tbh i don't even think ill read it, especially if its the same structure.

Good read

These books are an incredible read and make you change your perspective on personal relationships. I recommend all of my friends read this book constantly and it has significantly improved my interpersonal relationships.
