nbpure MagO7 Natural Colon Cleanse & Detox (180 Capsules)

After trying every laxative under the sun for constipation with only fair results, I read a review by another who raved about MagO7, and how effective it was. Having never heard of this product, and desperate to try anything that would solve my constipation problem, I decided to give MagO7 a try. I fully expected to be disappointed. Well, took as directed, and the next day (not morning), I had major success. No cramping, no diarrhea, no abdominal pain. I did have to push a little the first time, but the results were so worth it. I took MagO7 again the next night and had success again, only in the morning, with no pushing or straining, just a normal good size bowel movement. I consider this product to be almost magical since nothing else really worked. I am going to share my experience with my PCP and highly recommend to others as well. It is a little pricey but worth every penny.

Maggie gets me right every time. No cramping, no taste just a good clean purge. Magnesium, potassium, rice flour, and citric acid are the only ingredients. I take it before bed and in the morning you will feel the difference. You can take them as needed. No side effects. You will feel lighter. I would recommend do every other day if you are backed up. Drink plenty of water when you do take the 3 pills to help with the purge.

This cleanse is gentle on the gut. For me, it works well when I take it at bedtime, approx. 2hrs after a meal when the stomach is empty. I've found that if I take it while food is in there, I don't have the results I'm looking for or no bowel movement at all. I usually need between 6-8 capsules. Everyone's body is different and you may only need 3-4, but read the instructions first. Overall, I highly recommend- there's no cramping, just a regular bowel movement when you wake up in the morning and/or multiple ones in the morning depending on how much you take.

I have been trying to find a relief pill for so many years now. One that doesn’t contain so many different ingredients. Because I am on a GLP-1 I have noticed I went from being constipated to severely constipated. There would be times I wouldn’t use the restroom for 5 days straight. Maybe longer. Fiber only makes me bloated, and this helps a ton with little to no bloating. Which helps me see my progress.

I was sceptical at first. I felt I was wasting more money on something that wasn't going to work. I've tried numerous products that just didn't work. It either worked and caused a lot of stomach upset. Or didn't work at all. I took the three capsules at night with 8 oz of water. I hadn't even finished my first cup of coffee before it started working and continued to work all day long. I had to relieve myself about an hour after eating lunch and dinner. Before, I was having minimal bowel movements. Now, they are really full bowel movements. The only issue I had is that it caused a little bit of reflux in the morning when I got up. I will definitely keep using the product.

This supplement is so good, and just what I need to stay regular. No side effects, no cramping, just a nice easy morning 'Go.' I've tried several different Mangesium supplements -skip those and just go with the Mag07!

Amazing pills. I’m so happy to be able to find them here and not have to go to stores that sell supplement. I first learned about them when I was following the JJ Smith 10 day green smoothie diet and after that I’ve always stuck with them. I use the multiple ways if I’m really feeling like I need an extra push if I make a protein shake or a smoothie in the morning, I will empty one capsule in it and it’s not harsh at all. It’s very gentle. It won’t have you cramping at all not to sound like a commercial that I’m selling it, but I have been using this for years. Be careful with how many you take. I would advise probably not to go with as many as they suggest in the beginning because everybody system is different maybe try one at night and pay attention to your body for the next 24 hours or so then if you feel as though you can handle more go for that.
