My clippers came without a charging cord can you help?

You are going to have to do a return as this charging cord is not typical like one used for a phone charger. It has a USB to connect to a power source but the end that goes into the unit is unique to this clipper. I have never had an issue with a return to Amazon.

Can you use this on cats? How easy would it be to accidently cut thr cat?

I don’t see why you couldn’t use it on cats. I have put this on my hand to be sure it’s safe. It does not hurt or cut me. It is a small trimmer & I use it to trim 4 dogs’ paws. It works well to get fur trimmed between paw pads. The dogs are a 6lb Yorkie, 12lb Dachshund, 25lb mini Goldendoodle, and 50lb Border Collie. I have become the trimmer of the family dog’s paws and this works great for all the different sized dogs. So… as long as you can get the cat to cooperate, this should work for you.

Is this really low noise? because videos i seen on here seem it isnt. Please someone let me know.. my dog freaks out with high vibration/noise

Honestly, my dog freaked out with our last clippers due to the noise. Every time I'd turn it on, she would twitch. These are a lot better for me due to a lighter noise. It does have a noise, but not sure they can get around not having one at all. All I can tell you is I am happy with them and the noise level. She doesn't twitch now. Depending on what you're doing I use this to trim her face, ears and paws.
