KoolMore BC-2DSW-SS Refrigerator, Double Door, Stainless Steel, 7.4cubic_feet

Bought the 3-door unit to increase our refrigerator capacity since we didn't want a second fridge that would take up the limited space we have. Arrived quickly and it was packaged well so there was no damage whatsoever. Setting it up was quick and easy since there are adjustment wheels at the bottom to level the unit. Plugged it in and it started up and worked right away. There's even a light switch to turn off the light inside the unit if it's too bright. It's been a couple of months since we got it and no issues so far. The only minor inconvenience is that the fans run quite loud and frequently. Not really an issue for us since our bedrooms are on the 2nd floor but for those sensitive to noise, the fan noise could be an issue. Overall, good product at a fair price since similar units from other brands would cost twice as much

This brand we can be sure to use for our restaurant. A lot of space to store our beverages. The delivery process was great and the driver was professional.

After opening: The first photograph reveals a marking that cannot be washed off. The second image shows bent grates. I don't know if the bent grates are a result of a blow that will affect functioning yet. The third image shows a bent screw. There is also a missing foot needed for leveling where this bent screw is. Koolmore is currently closed for an extended holiday, so we await their input. ... Further review: We have plugged it in and the fans are tremendously loud. I want this to work enough that I am investigating having a professional change out the fans and possibly the sensors so as to reduce both the volume and the frequency of the fan. Without doing so, the noise level is intolerable as this is not in a party basement, but in my kitchen, just at the base of the stairs not far from the bedroom. I wore earplugs the first night and unplugged it totally yesterday. Luckily we still have the old refrigerator to keep our food cool while we await Koolmore's reopening from their holiday break to get council on this product. I will add further that the single sheet of technical description (not the manual booklet which gives little relevant information) is far less than sufficient. The text is incredibly small and the language is very unclear. Myself and two other people with graduate degrees spent several hours troubleshooting with that single sheet and the little control panel at the base of the refrigerator (which is an awkward, challenging to operate location with adult fingers as it is inset..we used spoons and chopsticks to manipulate the buttons) to eventually confirm that this model is not one where the fan can be adjusted via programming.

Perfect size exactly what I needed. Works great only problem is it had a decent sizedent in the side it’s just a cosmetic issue the mechanics of the refrigerator work fine I called the company and they compensated me.

We are using this as out main kitchen fridge. We had a small fridge/freezer that gave out over one year of use. The unit had about the same capacity of a fridge. Even though this is a more expensive version of a unit, it is built for more commercial of use. I guess my family is more geared for this type of use. WE LOVE IT! I put a stainless steel benchtop on the top of the unit and another small fridge for fruits and vegetables next to it, and it is perfect.. The unit has a light on all the time which makes a great night light for the kitchen. You can see everything inside so you don't waste energy rooting around. grab and go. Fabulous!

Nice refrigerator but there is no light switch and the led light has gone out after one year.

I purchased this 3 door counter height refrigerator for our newly remodeled basement in 9-2021. It came relatively quickly by the shipping company CEVA 10-13-2021. The delivery was awesome, no damage and they brought it in set it where I wanted it. It even came a week early from the original estimate which is shocking since all the COVID shortages on everything. It came with 6 keys to lock the doors, instructions, a wiring schematic for any technician as well as company contact and support info. It was defaulted to the temp 34 degrees but I changed it to 36. I also added appliance surge protector to the wall plug. It's only been a day but so far I'm very pleased with everything from the purchase, delivery and the unit itself with an awesome price of $1249.

This was such an easy purchase to make! It was received in a timely manner and was easy to install. Light enough to roll in to where it needed to go, and it looks so nice too! We are a local owned business and of course, finding out this is a small business within itself, I'd definitely support! 10/10 would prefer this over a restaurant supply store.
