Great to use for shower
I had shoulder surgery and bought this so I could take a shower and keep my arm stable. Worked perfect

Comfortable and supportive
I was allowed to shower 3 days after I was able to take the original bandage off from my rotator cuff surgery. I didn’t want to get my surgical sling wet so I had purchased this mesh sling in advance. It was easy to get on and I strongly recommend using this. You might think you can shower without it but this keeps your arm in place so you don’t accidentally move it wrong while showering or bathing. Dried quickly and washes well. Tips: 1. use a hand towel to dry yourself off. It’s lighter in weight than a bath towel. 2. Get a bidet attachment for your toilet for use on your non-surgical side. Game changer Life saver. 3. Def sleep in a recliner if you can or borrow one. I used one for the full 6 weeks.

Perfect for showering or bathing while recovering from shoulder surgery
I bought this based off of others in the shoulder replacement Facebook website that I attend, saying that this was the perfect thing to use in the shower during recovery from your shoulder surgery. I loved it because it allowed me to feel confident while showering that if I slipped or fell, my arm was still safe. It dries very quickly and I used it all the time and I have zero requests from buying it.

It would slip off a large person without my sewn-on thumb piece, but it's nice and cool
I'm a month out from a total shoulder replacement and must wear a sling for 2 more weeks, but am allowed to swim now that my scar is healed. This sling, now that I've sewn a little thumb piece on it so it doesn't slip, is perfect. The water flows through it and it dries fast. Also, when the fancy heavy sling I got from the hospital just gets too darned hot and sweaty, this gives me a cool-off break. Note: it DOES come with an inner strap to hold it in place. But I'm a large woman (the hospital gave me an XL sling,) so that doesn't work for a larger person. It would stay in place just fine for a regular or small person. Also, they had enough sense to put the velcro strap adjustment on the front side of the sling. My fancy $200 hospital sling has the stupid adjustment on the back, so you have to keep taking it on and off to adjust the strap length. If you had to wear this for a long period of time, the strap, which does not have padding, would probably start to dig into your opposite shoulder and neck. But it's perfect for me and a great price.

Strap is too short.
Very short if you’re a talk person over 6’. The strap itself is short and the hook and look Velcro take up half the length. Not recommended. Bad purchase.

This product meets my expectation
The sling is very useful in the shower and turns out to be useful for around the house when I need a break from the heavy bulky doctor prescribed sling.

Good arm sling for showering
I had a broken clavicle and used this arm sling for when I showered. This gave me the protection I needed to not jar the clavicle further. Also as an arm sling this was better than the hospital one. It dissipates heat really well. The cotton arm sling after a while gets really hot and sweaty.

Attended the purpose
Bought for shower as my right arm is injured. Perfect for shower. Fast to dry. Easy to wash the injured arm as it is made of fine, soft mesh. Did not tried to use out of the shower, as the support is not as good as the one I'm using. Easy to adjust and easy to slide the arm inside. Not so easy to slide off when wet but not big deal.

Good support with easy on & off
Easy to put on and off by yourself. Good support. The mesh is nice and light weight. I had a shoulder replacement and I was quite pleased with it. A good purchase.
