The product is amazing. Its a beautiful artisan piece. My only problem is that I payed for the premium model and got a cheaper model than what I payed for. There was a letter that stated that a Gift card was included to cover the difference, but it was none inside. However the product ia still very nice

My first time to order a Tagine after lots of research. Wanted to support women who made this one- I have to say it is SOO Beautiful. This is a large Tagine, which can cook a lot of food. Packaged so well with many layers of bubble wrap (which I was very happy to see), no worries about it breaking. Box was nice and sturdy. I followed directions for easily curating dish before first use. I made beef short ribs with onions, potatoes and squash for my first trial dish- beef very tender, potatoes cooking perfectly and squash had a "perfect bite" without being mushy. My next dish- chicken with preserved lemons and olives- yummo. Very easy clean-up, nothing stuck to the dish. This is a beautiful and very functional cooking dish. I did order and use the heat diffuser without any difficulty. You can get a smaller, plain Tagine on Amazon website, but I would say to order this one - it supports Tunsian women who make/decorate them, and holds a good amount of food, so invite friends over and enjoy great food.

I bought the larger one and I have used it twice already. I had taken a cooking course in Marrakech and loved that cuisine. Quite lovely. Food comes out moist and tasty Be sure to follow directions for seasoning the tagine pot prior to first use (soak in water overnight, dry it, wipe it well in olive oil, place in oven at 325 for 2 hours)

This thing costed $94 before taxes and lasted precisely three meals and then it cracked open. I cooked with in Tajines and terracotta more than a thousand times and never has happened to me something like this. The nerve of asking for almost $100 for such poor quality product.

Very beautiful! Glad I selected the large one—it fits quite a lot of food. It did not arrive with instructions on how to season the pot, but I looked it up and it is a bit involved and I’m apprehensive about actually cooking in it and just used it to serve the tagine.

Tagine reçue en parfait état . L’emballage était très soigné . L’article est magnifique: une véritable œuvre d’art que j’expose avec fierté . J’ai bien hâte de l’essayer en cuisine ! Un petit problème est survenu avec la livraison mais la communication fut excellente avec le vendeur qui a vite résolu le problème avec DHL.. . Merci pour cet excellent service . this tagine is second one I bought. the previous one has been returned as turned out it was not really a tagine. this one is wonderful, well made. arrived extremely well packed. it cooks delicious dishes and it also well decorated, so, you can just put it on the table as serve food out of it. In fact I purchased two - for my son's family and for myself. what I especially like is the top of the cone is not getting hot, so no need for protection as you will not burn your hands. I think it is because it made out of clay, not like these chinese cast iron ones.
