These are great to have in your home, office, car, purse or pouch (for you fellas). They work great, fast, and best if dropped into a cup of hot water and you inhale as you drink as a tea. Take them as soon as you feel something coming on, knocks it right out or in the middle of the night.

i am on o2 which causes a constant sore throat. These work without numbing, are not sweet and they taste good.
