Seller: is this stored properly (in a cool area) at amazon fulfillment center? rosehip oil & rosehip seed oil goes off very easily.

I don't know how it is stored at Amazon. My rosehip oil arrived with the right smell and color and has been working as I expect. Appears to be good quality. IStore mine in the refrigerator even though it is in a brown bottle.

Does this rose hip oil help to reduce under eye bags and dark circles? Thanks!

I can’t say if it helps reduce bags/circles. It has a deep orange hue when it comes out, but doesn’t displace color that’s very noticeable across your face. If you don’t rub it, you can see a slight color difference ( on olive skin). It does make a noticeable difference on glow when I wear makeup, I don’t typically love certain product, as long as they don’t change the make of this one- I always have a bottle!
