70% alcohol, cattail pollen extract, Chinese peony root extract, dong wuai root extract, dragon's blood palm fruit extract, frankincense resin extract, myrrh resin extract, peppermint oil, safflower flower extract, Tienchi ginseng root extract and water. My Chinese TCM doctor said when I had him look at the bottle that it increases blood circulation. As the bottle was of plastic, I transferred the liquid into a dark glass bottle. Had I known about essential oils, I could have bought some and put them into sesame oil, maybe it would have worked as well. I had a terrible pain in the arm, could not move it one mm. could not walk as it moved, and I put this on to keep it bearable. I slept a few hours at the time, could not lie down. I think this helped some and after I went to the TCM doctor, I was well after two days. I almost fainted on the way to the doctor as I had not eaten and the arm moved some cm. I was on my bicycle and everything turned white at one point, but I managed to go to the bus, and then I sat 20 meter away from his office and he did not see me, I cried, had to wait 30 minutes until I rang the bell again. I was in terrrible shape and so upset he let me outside alone. I told him about another TCM doctor I had tried becasuse she was closer and she was a total fake, incredible, did all the wrong things and he had top correct it. She did everything wrong and even her clinic was wrong, with plastic floor, some plastic skeleton, pictures of meridians etc. all to decieve, took three or four patients at the time, not one as my real doctor did, and she had used the wrong meridians that had nothing to do with my arm, and I got a pressure on the chest. My doctor knew that before I told him. He said she is a pig, not honest. She did not even know traditional pulse diagnosis when I asked. She would not tell before on the phone. She moved my needles two times and nothing worked. Incredible! And she was more expensive. Typical frauds! Expensive and no results. And they let her continue. Maybe to ruin the trade. Anyway my doctor said they usually put, I think it was rice alcohol in such a product as this one. But it does not say on the bottle.
