Great
I've only used it for a day so far, but I like it! It's nice that it has holes for the eyes - I can see while I wear it and my eyeballs don't get so cold like with a regular ice pack. TIP: As several other reviews have mentioned, it does get way too cold to place directly on skin, just like any ice pack you keep in the freezer. I've found that if you place it in the freezer for just a bit (half hour or so) then it's much more comfortable and it's more flexible and able to fit your face shape. They obviously won't stay cold for long this way, though. Since this is a two pack, then you can keep switching out the mask on your face for the one in the freezer as they become warm. At first I wondered why it came in a two pack, and now I think this is probably the intended use. It's a good system.

Eye relief
I like this style of compress for eyes because actually eyes are not directly heated or cooled. Only problem is doesn't stay hot for long, maybe 10 minutes. Are not supposed to put high heat around eyes, so 10 sec in microwave is even too hot at first; therefore, doesn't last long at right temp. Can walk around with it on if need to.

Great to stop swelling after brow wax
I pop one of these in the freezer before going to get my brows waxed. My skin gets very red and swollen after a brow wax and these are great for getting ahead of the swelling before it begins. They attach with velcro so should fit all head sizes. They stay cold for a good amount of time and are perfect for my needs. I have not used them for heat - not exactly sure why heat would be good on you eyes.
