Can I add this to lemon water or any other juices or drinks or is it recommended to use plain water?

Lemon water is not a problem. Ideally it is best to take gut repair with just cold or room temperature water. However, It does blend nicely in with juices, water, etc. It is best to avoid hot or warm drinks because heat diminishes the effectiveness. We suggest not taking it with food but to take it probably 30 minutes before eating and avoid taking it with protein shakes because your body will focus on the breakdown of amino acids and thus decrease the absorption rate of L-glutamine. Also we would recommend taking Gut Repair with your lemon water or plain water and then wait 20 mins before taking other supplements. Hope that helps! The Silver Fern Team

Can I use this for kids?

Cleanse is fine for children ages of 18 months and older but we don't think a 9 year old needs Gut Repair unless he's exercising a lot or not getting enough animal protein. Gut Repair is typically best for someone doing excessive exercise or for vegan/vegetarian types. Normal people should be getting enough glutamine from their diets. If he wants to take the Gut Repair, it won't hurt him. It is an amino acid base. There isn't anything in it that is going to be bad for him. Hope that helps! The Silver Fern Team

Can this be helpful to someone with Barrett’s Esophagus?

Gut Repair focuses on your gut lining and can be a big help with inflammation. While this may be beneficial, I would suggest that you look into our Upper GI Relief to begin with. Keeps tummy in check!

Been using for about 2 weeks now. Noticed my acid reflex has improved and less heartburn in general. Not the best tasting and it's hard to dissolve. I put it in juice and it is fine with little to no taste.

Gut repair

This product is high quality ingredients. It helps repair leacky gut. I have a lot of sensitivies, so I have to watch every single ingredient I am reacting to. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to turmeric, so I had to stop using this product. Hovewer, I know people who did really well with this specific supplement.

The only gut product i trust!

I've tried so many items in the past. results would be spotty and gut issues were never really addressed. I became very sick in January with Shingles. weeks of misdiagnosis left me very sick and with a completely shut down digestive system, as it attacked my Vagus nerve ( nevermind the nerve pain in my back!! NOT RELEVANT TO THIS ITEM) I used the full line of items from Silver Fern, their customer service was phenomenal, answered every text message promptly. took 2 weeks and my stomach started to work( TMI but we all need to go regularly ) and felt less bloated. I'm a huge fan of Silver Fern products, don't waste your time or money on anything else. Your health is to important!

Stomach pain

Took it first thing this morning with water only and it had a pretty gross taste. About 30 minutes after drinking it I had some really bad upper abdominal pain! It lasted several hours so I will not be taking this again, this product just might not be right for me.
