TICONN 10 Ton Snatch Block, 22,000 LBS Winch Pulley for Off-Road Recovery

Well made, heavy duty and reasonably priced.

I have a similar one to this bought elsewhere. I used it to pull over a large sweet gum tree that we were cutting. Having two snatch blocks gives better options for increasing power. So, I bought this one. This new one is slightly larger but it is much heavier. I held one in each hand and this one is more heavily built. The weight is the biggest difference I can see. If weight says anything, this one must be better. When you get it tho, be ready to grease it. I'd give it a couple pumps at least. If you pump in to much, it comes out around the pulley and will get messy. While I haven't used it yet, I see no reason it won't do a good job. I just hope I don't drop it and hit my toes. It's gonna hurt. While I've used these types of pulleys with synthetic ropes, I've also used them with wire rope, steel cable, too. Just be careful that there is no curls in the wire rope and that nothing will twist. Wire rope is a little less forgiving on that. Looking forward to cutting a pine tree soon. It's almost dead anyway. I don't like where it is pointing tho. Mother nature won't be kind to my home.

I needed a medium duty snatch block and thought this would be perfect - I should have read the product description more closely and read the reviews (I was in a hurry and didn't). This product is much bigger and stronger than I anticipated, and I am very pleased. Excellent value for the price. The description says that it will accommodate rope up to 3/8" but I measured the inside width of the pully, and it will accommodate rope up to 1/2", perhaps even 9/16", though that would probably exceed the safe load limit of the snatch block. If it ever fails, I will update this review, but I cannot imagine it failing except if it is abused or used in an unsafe manner. I only wish that the seller would offer this with appropriately sized accessories such as d-rings and tree saver straps.

Es más grande de lo que imaginé. Se ve resistente. No me gustan unos bordes muy afilados, podrían hacerle daño a una cuerda.. de resto muy bien.

Well made and plenty tough. A little squeaky under load, but nothing WD-40 couldn’t take care of.

Es práctico pero no soporta una carga de 1 ton a lo mucho, en mi primer uso se botó y dobló un seguro del perno.

I was more than pleased when I taken it out of package and it was heavy duty. Defiantly strong material, and has a grease nipple. 10/10

Great product, has a grease nipple already installed... yes that means you have to maintain your equipment. very easy to use. works with the soft shackle or Recovery D ring
