Great product to relieve neuropathy
My husband loves these ice socks. He has neuropathy in his feet, so this gives him some relief. This is our 4th pair. One pair he left on a golfing trip, one actually leaked, so not sure what happened there, but we keep 2 ready in the freezer. We bought the large size and he wears a 9.5 to 10 wide size and they fit well. The material is really good quality and flexible. After 4 pairs, yeah we highly recommend.

Pregnant feet
These are really neat and wish I had them five years ago for my first pregnancy. Great for achy swollen feet. They are very cold so I don’t wear them long.

A definite mixed bag for someone with feet my size or larger
The not so great stuff: 1) I am a woman and I wear women's US11W, the equivalent of EU43 (wide width). I bought the Large pair, and they *barely* fit lengthwise. The cold packs that go into the soles of the socks are even shorter than the socks themselves, not by a lot but by enough. The upshot is, if you have feet larger than I do, you will not be able to wear these. 2) On the instructions that come with the socks, it doesn't tell you how long to freeze them before use, or at least I couldn't find it. I finally found the info elsewhere online and it's two hours. 3) The cold packs are very hard to get into the socks when frozen. The photo on Amazon shows the socks almost being a moleskin or fake suede, but in reality they are made of thin, silky overly stretchy material that is very hard to deal with. I found that it's best to put the cold packs into the socks while they are warm and easy to work with, then freeze everything together, leaving the cold packs in the socks all the time unless you're laundering the socks. 4) Because the socks are almost too short, the heel cold packs are useless for me. They also make it impossible for me to get the socks on, and it's still super hard to get those packs in afterward. So basically, the heel packs stay in the freezer all the time and I don't use them at all. If your main area of concern is your heels and your feet are my size, beware. 5) I have a high instep, so it's really hard for me to get my foot into what amounts a narrow channel when the packs are frozen and installed. There is plenty of room once my foot is in, but it's a pain to get them on every time. I've had to learn the "trick" to doing it, but even with that, it's not easy. 6) I wouldn't walk around in these without house slippers on, especially on wood floors, they are too slick. However, they work fine with my house slippers, so I get to keep them on when I need to get up to do something instead of having to take them on and off all the time. Now let's get to the good things: 1) The cold packs really work. My feet get much hotter than the rest of my body at times, especially my toes, and these socks absolutely work as advertised. They can be a bit TOO cold at first, so I found that if I wait about five minutes after removing from the freezer, they are more pliable (easier to get on) and are not so cold that they are painful. 2) If it's a normal room temperature, they will stay cold a good while, more than enough time to get your feet cooled down for as long as it's healthy to use an ice pack on skin. They of course will warm up faster the hotter the room is, but that's to be expected. 3) Because the cold packs are removable, the socks are actually really easy to keep clean. You can just throw them in the washer. I haven't put mine in the dryer, I just hang them up to dry, but they dry quickly so it's not a big deal. 4) The socks come in a handy bag with a zip top that you can put them into to keep them in the freezer. The bag is surprisingly sturdy and because it's a zip top you can pack it in luggage, etc. and not worry about it. OVERALL: Overall I am fairly happy with the socks. They are not exactly what I was looking for, but at the end of the day, after a learning curve on a few things, they do the job and help keep my feet nice and cool.

Do not stay cold long enough
These work great while they are cold--problem is they do not stay cold long enough! Not worth the money!

Socks are not as big as described
They stayed cold for at least 90 min. Did not have a warm lining as stated but I had bought very thin white cotton gloves which helped. Size medium will not fit a woman sz. 9 I had to buy the Large which just fit. Not sure what a larger shoe size would need. The nurse helped put the ice packs into the socks. There was no leakage and the quality is good. The gloves are very heavy after frozen which makes sense. I put them in the freezer several days before needing them. I don't think the socks stayed as frozen as long as the gloves but I had the extra packets from the previous pair that I bought. You definetly need 2 sets of gloves & ice packs for socks if you have a long treatment as I did **4 hrs.

My feet have been so sore so I’ve been willing to try a few different things. The socks were high quality (much better then they looked in terms of quality). The socks have little pockets which the ice packs can be easily inserted. The relief makes it worth every dollar.

This is my second time ordering these for my boyfriend, he’s got bad neuropathy pain in his feet and he has lost so much sleep prior to using these. His sleep has improved so much, he wears one pair and keeps the other pair in the fridge so that when the pair he’s wearing gets warm, he can just switch them out and go right back to sleep. 100% recommend :)
