Very good quality tape

The STANLEY Measurement Tape isn't fancy, but it gets the job done reliably. The housing feels sturdy and can take a beating on the jobsite. The rubber grip makes it comfortable to hold and easy to manage, even with sweaty hands. Markings are clear and crisp, making it easy to read measurements. I always prefer Stanley for any of my hardware tools requirements, quality at reasonable price. The design has both sturdiness and comfortable to use. It has long stretch capability without bending.

One of the best tapes available in the market. It's accurate, durable and economical. This is my second purchase. I bought one five years ago. But it got damaged due to mishandling. Value for money

To all the tool freaks out there : The case is made of some hard rubberized material, which should not break easily and will absorb shock if dropped. The tape is 5 meters long and the width of the tap is 19 mm. The Standout (how long you can extend the tap without it bending) is 1.7 meters. The locking mechanism works without any issues. The case also has a strong belt clip at the back. The length of the case (74 mm) is specified at the back for reference. You can use it, for adjustments. For example, you can add 74 mm to the measurement if you are taking the inside width of a door frame A little interesting fact: There are tape measures made for right handed users and left handed users. This one is for right handed users, as most tape measures are. A right handed user will mostly extending the tape from his left to right, with the case of the tape in his right hand. The reading of the tape will look upside down to a wrong user. And there are ambidextrous tapes, which has markings on both sides of the tape.

Product is good but the packing is not good because they used plastic tape for packing and while opening the packing, the adhesive of tape stuck on the rubber portion of the tape and stick badly on it. While removing the adhesive the rubber of that tape is comming out and damaged the tape. Please do the packaging properly, And not like this.

Good product

I have the measuring tape on me almost every day for the past 4 years. Ued it in many construction sites. Even fel in water a couple of times and it's still working.
