If you use a 2p coin, turn clockwise a quarter turn, then it will come out

Q: Can I buy new blades?

I understand that you can buy new blades but don't expect to have to do so as my machine is very new. The blades appear to be excellent quality so will last a long time, I expect.

The full length of the carrier is 39cms

Q: How big is the food carrier?

About 16 or 17cm wide, longer items of food such as a loaf of bread would stick off the end so you can't use the food holder but you can hold the item securely in place with one hand and very carefully push with the other. The space in front of the blade is about 15cm; you have to put the food against the thickness guide in front of the blade, anything bigger won't fit as the carriage stops.
